Venue and Schedule
Dates and Venue TBC but for now we can confirm the structure will be as follows:
Day 1 - Friday
Arrival TBC - Attendees who are not members of the are welcomed on site from TBC. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign-in with either gamemaster and will be guided to your assigned sleeping space. Packs and resources will be provided to you prior to sign-in.
Safety Workshop TBC - All attendees will be guided through a brief mandatory safety workshop by the gamemasters familiarising players with one another’s boundaries and limitations, and establishing expected etiquette for the game.
Prologue TBC - A plot light evening that aims to set the tone of the event and give characters a chance to meet others, familiarise themselves with the rules, and immerse themselves in the game environment.
TBC - 09:30 Saturday (Transition) - Attendees have the opportunity to continue roleplaying in designated in-character areas, but may also rest in the out-of-character spaces. No plot which requires gamemasters will run.
Day 2 - Saturday
09:30 - 10:30 Breakfast - Breakfast and pregame announcements from the gamemasters, all will be done out of character.
10:30 - 13:00 Act 1 - The game runs, and all gameplay rules will be in use. Gamemasters are available for assistance.
13:00 - 13:30 Break for Lunch - A break for attendees to rest and have lunch. Roleplay may continue between attendees during this time, but no plot which requires gamemasters will run. Out of character areas will remain reserved for any who do not wish to eat in-character.
13:30 - 16:00 Act 2 - The game runs, and all gameplay rules will be in use. Gamemasters are available for assistance.
16:00 - 16:30 Break - A short break for the gamemasters to process the resource management elements of the game. Roleplay may continue between attendees during this time, but no plot which requires gamemasters will run. Out of character areas will remain reserved for any who do not wish to eat in-character.
16:30 - 19:00 Act 3 - The game runs, and all gameplay rules will be in use. Gamemasters are available for assistance. Dinner will be served at the conclusion of this act. Roleplay may continue between attendees during this time. Out of character areas will remain reserved for any who do not wish to eat in-character.
19:00 - 09:30 Sunday (Transition) - Attendees have the opportunity to rest, have dinner, and sleep but may continue roleplaying in designated in-character areas until 20:30 at which point all roleplay will cease. No plot which requires gamemasters will run.
Day 3 - Sunday
09:30 - 10:30 Breakfast - Breakfast and Pregame announcements from the gamemasters, all will be done out of character.
10:30 - 13:00 Act 4 - The game runs, and all gameplay rules will be in use. Gamemasters are available for assistance.

13:30 - 16:00 Act 5 - The game runs, and all gameplay rules will be in use. Gamemasters are available for assistance.
16:00 - 16:30 Break - A short break for the gamemasters to process the resource management elements of the game. 16:30 - 19:00 Act 6 - The game runs, and all gameplay rules will be in use. Gamemasters are available for assistance.
19:30 - 20:00 Dinner - A break for attendees to rest and have dinner. Roleplay may continue between attendees during this time, but no plot which requires gamemasters will run. Out of character areas will remain reserved for any who do not wish to eat in-character.
20:00 - 21:00 Act 7 and Epilogue - This period exists to allow attendees to wrap up remaining plot threads or personal roleplay with other characters. It also allows attendees to leave the game earlier should they so wish.
21:00 - 22:00 Event Debrief - A mandatory debrief is held with gamemasters setting out information regarding the event.
21:30 - 09:00 Monday (Transition) - Attendees have the opportunity to rest, recuperate, and sleep.
Day 4 - Monday
09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast - Breakfast and announcements from gamemasters regarding take-down and sign-out.
10:00 - TBC Event Takedown and Sign Out - Attendees are asked to clear up their sleeping spaces, equipment and kit and to leave the venue. Prior to leaving the venue, attendees will be asked to sign-out so the gamemasters are aware of who does or does not remain on site. All attendees must be off-site by no later than TBC.
